very poor
I bought this to replave our Dyson Cordless Hand Held vacuum and the VAX does not compare. In fact I find it uesless and will go back to the Dyson. The 'trigger' to push forward to operate is very difficult....you almost need a rubber glove for some traction. Anyone with arthritis would find it very difficult. A waste of money in my opinion!

The product works quite effectively for the first couple of weeks and then the power of the item seems to deplete a little which makes the item pointless. Lower price point and it would be great!

The reason for the 50/50 is simple good suction for such a little and very easy to use a 4 year old could use it with ease. But what battery life is very poor to say the least with my experience out of a full charge your lucky to get 20 minutes use something the company needs to work on. I can’t say I’d recommend this handheld to family or friends

Doesn’t work
This vacuum is so weak and hardly works to pick up the most obvious crumbs left after kids meals. Used a bunch of times and just get more and more annoyed every time I use it. Cleaned and emptied, still very weak. Super disappointed with this.

Good quality machine
Very happy with purchase. Easy to use and take apart, although starts out a bit stiff. Very solid, powerful enough, even without the turbo power booster attached. Indicates when it is fully charged. Overall, was exactly what I was hoping for.
