Why shop fronts are still of value.
I purchased this item after being advised by the Vax agent, that it was “the correct part for my cleaner.@“ It WAS NOT so now I have to work out how to return it to you. It would have been much less painful if I could have gone to a shop front to buy it!

It’s a filter
There’s not a lot to say about a replacement filter. Having cleaned the old one numerous times and the hoover had lost its suction. Suction has now been restored and the floors are clean.

Product very difficult to source. Unable to purchase instore and staff did not assist. Purchased online and organised pick up. Pick up technology had glitches but we got there in the end.

Vacuum cleaner is working like new again
The filters work very effectively, but need maintenance after every use, and replacement every 6 - 12 months to enable the vacuum cleaner to continue to function well.

Does the job
Did the job. Fit my other Vax model of similar shape. Had an issue (very common in reviews) with the wheel cover coming off. A change of filter did the trick.

Reasonable vacuum cleaner
My mother in law owns this model of vacuum cleaner and it provides a reasonable clean. We ordered new filters online and they arrived within a week.

Vax Filter Review
Does what it says, make sure you buy the correct filter for your vacuums as I bought 2 different filters that didn't fit by millimetres.
