Basic and LightweightGot this a second vacuum for cleaning cars and garage and wet spills. Very happy with it as it does everything my upright Dyson can't. The plastic hose and pipes are very lightweight and easy to change the length of, making it easy to vacuum cobwebs from ceilings and fans or crumbs off the couches or bugs from window tracks really easily. The Dyson is too heavy for my 9 year old to use easily but she is now happy to vacuum her own room with the vax! Miracles do happen. Still love the Dyson for the little bit of carpet we have due to its superior suction but this Vax is great for what I want. It also has a longer power cord than most and can blow as well so I can use it to blow leaves from the patio as well.

Not Like The Old VaxThis machine performs well but has some poor design. 1. The vacuum head is very flimsy and near useless on carpet. It is OK on hard floors. 2. The disposable paper dust bags are around $3 each online and cannot hold a great deal as the HEPA filter takes up so much of the 20 ltr bin space. 3. The HEPA filter is very large and I would guess expensive to replace. So we use our old VAX cleaning heads and this machine works well. The power cord is long and allows you a bit of freedom to clean an area. A bit fiddly to change between wet and dry modes. I'd suppose if you think you are buying a vacuum for under $100 there may be some issues

Beaut little vacuumPurchased the vax indoor/outdoor vacuum for the garage, house surrounds to remove pet hair and also for cleaning our vehicles. For the price paid, it's a great little vacuum cleaner and my dog who is scared of our dyson doesn't seem to mind this little unit.

Vax wet dry cleanerI was impressed with the value for money. It is easy to use and can suck as well as blow. Makes those hard to access places easier to clean, especially the car with bits of gravel and leavea etc.

works wellI find the head 2 small and even with the brush removed .i find vacuuming a hard task .my carpet is new and flat .trying 2 use the vacuum 2 do what it is made 4 is not a easy chore -with such suction a better head that slides over the
carpet would b great -beside this problem i find the unit great

Love itA sign of the times that steel pipes are replaced with cheaper plastic, which decreases the longlivity of the product. The Vax has great suction, perfect for pet hair. The Vax is easy to operate and manoeuvre around my home. Blowing dust and leaves from ouside windows and floors is a very good added extra for cleaning around the home. Much easier, more effective and effecient than sweeping. I am very impressed with my Vax.
