HOW TO CLAIM
- To be eligible, customers must purchase any eligible product listed in the Table below (‘Model’) between 11 March 2018 to 31 October 2018 inclusive (“Promotion Period”) from any participating Vax Authorised Retailer to receive the promotion listed in the table below (“Promotion”).

- To claim a refund the customer must register the qualifying model within 30 days of purchase. If not completely satisfied with the performance of the product, the customer must call Vax Australia on 1300 VAX AUS (1300 829 287) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within those 100 days to make the necessary arrangements for the return of the product:
- Promotion is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over who make a purchase for personal use only. Purchases for and in the name of trusts, companies, businesses, commercial or residential developers/developments and purchases by builders, subcontractors, installers and resellers are not eligible. Promotion is only valid at participating Vax Authorised Retailer stores.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- To be eligible to claim under this offer: (i) the product must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied; and (ii) you must produce such evidence as is reasonably required by Vax Australia to establish that the product is not subject to any hire purchase, lease, rental or other agreement, a result of which being that another party has an interest in or charge over the product.
- To be eligible for a refund under this offer, you must contact Vax Australia’s customer care centre by phone at 1300 VAX AUS (1300 829 287) and lodge your claim within 100 days of purchase.
- Vax Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims made in connection with this offer. If your claim is assessed as valid, Vax Australia will provide you with instructions on how to return your machine to Vax Australia’s premises (address below). Vax will cover the cost of the courier of the product within Australia.
- The product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned with original proof of purchase.
- Vax Australia has absolute discretion to determine whether these Terms and Conditions have been satisfied entitling you to a refund under this offer.
- If authorised by Vax Australia, allow 60 days to receive the refund from the date of authorisation.
- This offer is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Vax Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Vax Australia may collect and use your personal information to provide you updates on latest products and services, to analyse and research on customer’s choice on products, to provide products and services you have requested (e.g. extended warranty, Money Back Guarantee) and for other purposes relating or incidental to warranty (e.g. warranty registration, product recalls) (“the Purposes”). To do so, Vax Australia may disclose your personal information to its related bodies, business partners or third parties for purposes such as web or data hosting.
- Vax Australia’s decision is final.
