Underwhelming, with little to no steam to speak of. Works, as long as the cloth is clean, unfortunately the cloth dirties quickly. Might be useful for small spaces, though uses a fair amount of water. Probably a little easier than a normal mop, but not really enough to justify the price. Product is a step, but not there yet.

Leaves a little bit more water than I would like, but cleans well. Heavier than the previous one. I'll be expecting longer life from the previous steamers (different brands).

The steam mop leaves more water on the floor than the last steam mop I had and thus is not as safe to walk on floor as quickly. Other than that it is a good mop.

This is quite a good steam mop I have removed some stubborn marks off a cream carpet.
