Hi my Vax Duo Master steam mop has stopped producing steam..  the yellowy/ cream coloured beaded things which sit behind the back of the water  I’m thinking needs to be replaced .. where can I buy a new one?

You can order a new one from our spare component retailers "Stokes Appliance Parts" or the special orders desk at your local "Bunnings Warehouse". Suddenly no steams coming out. Was ok for 20 mins. Why?

Hi, There may be a number of reasons this may be happening. Is there enough water in the unit? Have to tried restarting the unit? When the machine has cooled, check for blockages at the steam output.
