I require a new battery for my VAXcordless cleaner... model no.BH03120ANZ REV A SERIAL NO. 14-30-09693. having trouble finding one. my vacuum is just 2years old n 2 batteries seem to be not recharging!!??

Hi Lesley thanks for reaching out, it seems strange to have 2 faulty batteries, it may be that the charger is faulty, the best way to determine where the fault is, is to take it to a service centre to be assessed.

I have a VX51 Cordless Vac, it is 2 yrs old and it keeps stopping after about 4 minutes, it immediately starts up again, then it keeps stopping after 1 minute and continues like this. Any likely reason for this to happen please??
