My machine isn't picking up?
There are a couple of possible reasons for this: -
1) The Central HEPA filter may have come dislodged from the middle of the dust container. Check that the filter is correctly positioned.
2) Your filter may need to be cleaned or replaced. Remove the central HEPA filter and shake over a dustbin, if there are larger pieces of dirt/debris that will not come off the filter use the dusting brush to remove them. Vax recommends that filters are replaced every 12 months.
3) There may be a blockage in the hose. Use a broom handle to push the blockage gently through the hose.
